Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship within Canada and to the United States. Shipping is free within Canada and a flat $10 to the US.

Can I return something?

Necklaces, bracelets and other non-earring pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. All earrings are final sale. See the full Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full.

Are your pieces one of a kind?

Every piece is handmade in Alberta, Canada, and many are one of a kind. Once a piece sells, that exact stone and cut won't be made again.
